We stand fully behind every console we sell. All ModxGaming consoles come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
✅ What's Covered
- Hardware faults and defects
- SD card failure
- Custom firmware (CFW) issues caused by our installation
- Any fault that prevents the console from functioning as described
❌ What's Not Covered
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Faults caused by unauthorised modifications made after purchase
- Compatibility issues with software added by the customer after delivery
How to Make a Claim Email us at support@modxgaming.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours and where a valid claim is confirmed, we'll repair or replace your console at no cost to you.
