Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

How to Start a ReturnContact us at support@modxgaming.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives faulty or not as described.

Custom & Modded Consoles Our consoles are custom-built and modded to order. If your console arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. We stand fully behind our work.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately at support@modxgaming.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, provided it is in its original condition.
